KoBoToolbox is a free, open-source platform built specifically for field data collection. It works online and offline, making it ideal for research in remote areas with poor internet. It is widely used by NGOs, UN agencies, and academic researchers worldwide.
Can you add skip logic to my form?
Yes. Skip logic means certain questions only appear based on previous answers. This keeps the form clean for enumerators and reduces data entry errors. I also add constraints and validation rules to make sure the data collected is accurate from the start.
Will my form work offline in the field?
Yes. All forms I build are fully compatible with KoBoCollect on Android. Enumerators can collect data without internet and the responses sync automatically once they are back online.
What do I receive when the form is complete?
You receive a fully deployed form ready to share with your field team, plus the XLSForm source file so you can make future edits yourself. I also provide a short guide on how to deploy and manage the form
Can you help after delivery if something needs changing?
