Hi, call me Elvies.
Game Boy or Game Boy Color projects?
Read the FAQs before contacting me, don't just order right away, alright? Alright!
There will be NO music, but you can provide your own [.mod or .uge files] for some life into your game. [Can't guarantee it'll work every time though, as I'm not a music guy.]
I'll be using GB Studio to make them, my specialty genres are: Endless Runner [Subway Surfers but 2d], a Platformer [Castlevania], or a Top-Down Action focused game [Zelda]. Here are some of my works https://elvies.itch.io/

Delivery date and How much?
Depends on game scope and minimum price are in the tier list, let's talk about the game so I can estimate how long it'll take.
What genre are possible to make?
I specialize in Platformers such as Classic-vania where it is side-scrolling action games that's stage by stage basis, and Endless runner-likes. But I can do Zelda-likes and such. No RPGs though.
I'd like a GameBoy Advance rom with my game in it.
GB Studio only outputs GameBoy and GameBoy Color rom [.gb .gbc] files, so sadly I can't help you with that. If someone made a GB Studio Advance engine, now we're talking!

Sadly, no. Your best bet is finding a dedicated forums dealing with that, sorry.

GB Studio, the engine I use is pretty limited even as a whole engine package, and as such things that may be possible with actual code might prove difficult with my skills. ["I'm a home cook now, not a professional cook"] But, let's hear your fun ideas first, we never know until we try!
