If there are major issues when I first access your site, I’ll let you know and fix upto 4 major issues
Do you provide 24/7 support?
While I don’t offer 24/7 support, I respond promptly and handle most requests within 8 hours (usually much sooner). Urgent issues are prioritized.
Will you need access to my hosting or domain account?
Usually, I only need access to your WordPress admin dashboard. If deeper issues arise (e.g., backups or server-level problems), I may request limited hosting access – with your permission.
