Can you extract tables accurately?
Yes, if the table structure is consistent across pages. If every page has a different layout, automation is not possible and manual work is required. In that case, I may or may not be able to give you a custom price offer, depending upon the complexity of the task.
What do you mean by “similar structure”?
Same columns, same order, same type of data on each page. Different data values are fine but different layouts are not. NOTE: Minor differences (like a column/row missing because of cropped screenshot in one image/page) are also acceptable but might affect accuracy.
Can you handle low-quality or blurry scans?
Yes. Low-quality scans can be processed, but accuracy depends on image clarity. Cleanup is available as an extra.
Is the output 100% accurate?
OCR is automated and manually reviewed, but accuracy depends on scan quality and layout consistency.
Should I contact you before ordering?
Yes. Especially for tables, Excel output, mixed layouts, large files or custom offers. This avoids incorrect orders and helps clear misunderstandings beforehand.
