I will perform risk advisory services

1. Internal Audit Services

Independent and objective internal audit engagements designed to evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of governance, risk management, and internal control systems. Services include drafting Internal audit manual, internal audit maturity assessment, risk-based internal audit planning, execution of operational and compliance audits, audit reporting, and follow-up on management action plans.

2. Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)

Design, implementation, and enhancement of enterprise risk management frameworks aligned with leading standards (e.g., COSO ERM). Services include risk identification, risk assessment workshops, risk appetite development, risk registers, and integration of risk management into strategic planning and performance management.

3. Fraud Risk Management & Investigations

Fraud risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities across business processes and controls, as well as independent investigations into suspected fraud, misconduct, or irregularities. Services include fraud risk mapping, investigation planning, evidence-gathering support, and reporting of findings and recommendations.
