What include consultant package?
I will give ideas if you stuck on something related to architecture. I will draw plan all possible way to find the best result and then the remain part of the job towards 3d floor plan.
Can you also create photorealistic renders?
Yes, I provide interior rendering in D5 and exterior rendering in Lumion if required (this can be added as a gig extra)
What about larger project than 1200 sqft?
Need to discuss and adjust it according to the area and complexity.
