What information do you need to start?
I need a sketch, technical drawing, photographs, measurements, or an existing CAD or mesh file. Please also explain the intended use and any important fitting or manufacturing requirements.
Can you design an enclosure for 3D printing?
Yes. I can model housings, lids, mounting holes, screw bosses, cable openings and other agreed features for FDM or resin printing.
Can you recreate a broken or discontinued replacement part?
Yes, if sufficient reference information is available. Clear photographs, dimensions and, where possible, the original part help me reconstruct its geometry.
Which file formats do you deliver?
I can provide STL for 3D printing and STEP for CAD exchange. Native editable files and additional formats depend on the package and the software used.
Will the part fit perfectly?
I will model the part according to the supplied dimensions and agreed tolerances. Physical testing may still be necessary, especially for mating parts, snap-fits and replacement components.
