Designer was unable to grasp our branding idea and put together a decent design. Unfortunately the delivery is unusable and we had to choose another designer to help us out with our needs.

The production of the original product was more than I expected. Making changes is where the problem began. Freelancer would provide a delivery date, then continuously extend the delivery date.

The team at eMerchant is great to work with. They are quick and responsive. I had labels for a previous brand, and needed labels for a new brand. They were able to adapt work from the previous brand to the new brand so save time. I highly recommend eMerchant.
