What kind of texts do you translate?
I translate business, technical, legal, marketing and general documents. If your file is highly specialized or scanned/non-editable, please message me first so I can confirm scope and provide an accurate quote. Please note that I'll be unable to translate any religious, occult, or esoteric content.
Do you translate legal documents?
Yes. I translate a wide range of legal documents (certificates, transcripts, affidavits, letters, contracts, terms & conditions). Please note: I provide translation services only and do not offer legal advice.
Do you provide a translator’s certificate?
Yes, on request I can include a Translator’s Certificate (signed) suitable for USCIS-style submissions. Requirements vary by case, so tell me what you need and I’ll format it accordingly.
Do you translate code/structured files (JSON/HTML/SRT)?
Yes. I can translate structured and technical files such as .json, .csv, .xml, .html, and .srt. Keys/tags/placeholders are preserved. If the file requires complex formatting or a specific workflow, I may quote a small formatting/QA add-on.
Do prices include transcription for scans/images/videos?
The listed price covers translation of editable text. If your content is scanned (image/PDF) or in audio/video form, transcription is quoted separately. Send the file and I’ll confirm the best approach and total cost.
How do you count words (PDFs, websites, scans)?
For editable files, I use the word count from the source text. For PDFs/scanned files, I’ll confirm the word count after reviewing the file and will quote transcription separately if needed.
Does the price include all the languages you offer?
Pricing is per word, per target language. For example, 500 words translated into two languages is billed as 1,000 words total.
