Gig Summary
About this gig
Hi, my name is Emilija, and I play the Lithuanian national instrument called kanklės (zither instruments family).
Whether you're looking for unique live music, custom recordings, or an authentic sound that stands out, I would love to collaborate and help bring your vision to life.
I offer professional recordings using RØDE NT5 condenser mics, which provide a clean and clear sound.
I am happy to help you with:
- Your composed material
- Popular/folk/contemporary tracks I can embellish with chords, etc.
- Movie Soundtracks
- Improvisation
- Anything else you have in mind!
Although writing for an unfamiliar instrument can be tricky, I would be happy to arrange your written music so that it sounds exactly as you want it to! But, please get in touch first to discuss the project :)
Looking forward to working together!

Hi! I am Emilija – a versatile musician with years of experience performing and recording. I specialize in both classical, folk, contemporary, soundtrack, and folk music, and I have already performed throughout the UK, Paris, and Lithuania as a solo musician. I am also a two-time National Laureate of Lithuania in the traditional instrument kanklės.
The kanklės is a traditional Lithuanian string instrument, similar to a harp but with a more matte sound. Its unique tone adds an unusual and captivating touch to any musical project!
