Will you break my store while fixing it?
No. I always duplicate your theme as a backup first and test the fix on the copy before touching your live store.
What do I need to give you?
Your store URL, a description or screenshot of the problem, and staff access. I never need your main password.
What if you can’t fix my bug?
I’ll tell you before you order if I don’t think I can fix it. If I can’t solve it after starting, I’ll let you know honestly and you can cancel the order.
Do you work with all themes and apps?
I work with most free and premium Shopify themes. For paid app problems, I’ll check the code conflict, but some issues may require the app developer.
Can you do custom coding and new features?
Yes. Small custom features and theme edits are available. Message me first for larger projects so I can send a custom offer.
