I work with clients based all over the world, from Dubai to China to Germany, and they all have different preferences. This means I can edit in either style of English (US or UK). I will ask for information such as this in the Requirements section (after you purchase the Gig).

I provide feedback in two ways: in the Comments section of Microsoft Word (where I explain significant adjustments and suggest changes) and in a short overview once the editing and proofreading processes are complete. Additionally, if you have any questions, I am only a message away!

You will receive two documents from me: a Microsoft Word document with Tracked Changes and comments, and a ‘clean’ version of your essay or statement.

Absolutely not. I know editing to be a highly individualised process, and I believe it’s imperative to establish trust with clients. All work is completed by me and never delegated or outsourced. You will benefit from my personal expertise and skills.

The confidentiality of your information is of the utmost importance. When you work with me, you can rest assured that your information is kept strictly private — I work exclusively from my home office from password-protected devices and once the editing process is complete, I delete all documents.

I offer revision as part of all my Gigs. This is necessary as writing is a personal process, and the content should be perfect for you. Please send the document back to me within 3 days of delivery and I will be more than happy to make the adjustments you desire.
