The fitness transformation packages are guaranteed to get you results!
Each package is tailored to the individual purchasing.
Once purchased, a fitness assessment will be sent your way where I can collect your current statistics, lifestyle (I.e. meal and training times to help you fit it into your lifestyle seamlessly), food preferences and allergies, injuries and exercise preferences, health conditions and goals.
The additional perks to coaching is receiving on-going motivation and help throughout your transformation journey with weekly assessment where we discuss and reflect on that weeks progress and set new goals for the following week, as well as giving pointers on mindset tips to put in practice. Working closely with clients allows me to help you achieve the best results and reduce any hinderances to you achieving your goals.
Following a 3 month transformation package will allow you to loose or gain up to 10kg and reduce the likelihood of any slips up. You will be given fresh new plans every month to reduce plateau and boredom. The coaching will allow you to ask as many questions about health and fitness so that you can come out of the coaching more knowledgeable.

How do I know coaching is right for me?
Coaching is suitable for any level of fitness, as it's a tool that allows you to achieve more results and personal growth. The fitness and mindset tips given will be adjusted on the clients exercise level and journey; from a beginner that has never picked up a weight to an athlete.
What if I need my plan adjusting?
A client assessment beforehand allows the plan to be something you enjoy and fulfils your needs. If the plan still needs adjusting sending what areas need changing will be done and re-sent.
How will my plans and coaching be delivered?
Your plans and our coaching conversations will be done through email.
Will it be home or gym training plans?
You are able to choose if you want a home or training plan, a mixture of both and can specify pieces of equipment you own so they can be included and used in different ways.
What if I'm vegan/vegetarian?
I offer an extensive range of diet plans, ranging from low carb, high carb low fat, vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, dairy free. Also taking into consideration individual allergies, religious/cultural preferences, likes and dislikes.
