When will you deliver my order?
I deliver up to 1000 words in one day (24 hours). Each additional 1000 words, is an additional day. For example, if your script is 5000 words, I require 5 days. If you need your order faster, just select the gig extra "Super Fast Delivery". This will put your order at the front of the line.
Do you offer revisions?
Yes! If I make a mistake on the text of your script, I will correct this free of charge. I allow one FREE revision for pace or tone of up to 100 words. If YOU make a mistake on your script and need revisions, or if you want extra Revisions, I charge $10 per 100 words & limit Revisions to 3.
What is Extra Fast Delivery?
This is a way for you to get your order done faster. I charge $50 to have your script of 2500 delivered in 24 hours. Each addition 2500 words will add another 24 hours. For example, if you have a 5000-word script, this will take 48 hours and cost $100 extra.
What is Lightning Lane?
This gives your order number 1 priority. I will put your order at the front of the line, and usually, have it completed in 12 hours.
Can you explain Commercial Rights?
If you intend to use the voice-over for any business-related purpose (with the exception of paid marketing channels) you will need to purchase the commercial rights gig extra. This provides you with commercial rights (buy-out) for promoting your product or service in non-paid marketing channels
Can you explain Broadcast Rights?
You will need to buy broadcast rights for online use, and for marketing or advertisement purposes. If you plan to pay to promote this voice-over in any way (Facebook or Google ads, TV or Radio) you will need to add Full Broadcast Rights along with Commercial/ Online Rights.
Do you offer split files?
Yes, I will split your script into individual files for a charge of $5 per every 5 files. So, for example, if you need your script split into 20 files, this will cost an additional $20.
