I work in RGB (digital viewing) and CMYK (printed). Please let me know your preference.
What does the copyright - buyout option mean for me?
You will have Ownership over the image, meaning you can anything you like with it. I will maintain the Authorship, meaning I am recognised as its creator and can use the image to promote myself.
