Do you build a live mortgage website?
No. I build spreadsheets, not live websites. If you need a web style calculator, message me first so we can check what is possible.
Will I know how to use it?
Yes. Each file includes a simple instructions tab, and you can add a short video walkthrough if you prefer.
Will the numbers match my lender exactly?
I test every formula against standard payment calculations. Lender fees and rounding rules differ, so small gaps can happen. Send me your lender terms and I will match them where possible.
Does it work in Google Sheets? Do you build websites?
I build in Excel, and most files also work in Google Sheets. I do not build live websites, only spreadsheets. Message me first if you are unsure.
Can it show what extra payments save me?
Yes, in Standard and Premium. Enter an extra amount and see the interest saved and the new payoff date. Basic covers regular repayments only.
Can I test different loan amounts and rates?
Yes. Change the loan amount, rate or term and every figure updates on its own. This lets you compare options before you commit to a loan.
What exactly will I receive?
A ready to use Excel file with your repayments, total interest and a full amortization schedule. Higher packages add extra payments, charts and rate comparisons. You can edit it anytime.
