Email migrations, data recovery, licences and ongoing support are not included. Please ensure you are authorised to allow remote support on the computer and email account.

Should I contact you before ordering?
Yes. Please describe the issue and share any error messages, your Outlook version and Windows version so I can confirm the scope and availability.
How does remote support work?
We arrange a session through Fiverr messages. You approve remote access and remain present during the session. Please do not send passwords in messages.
What if the issue needs more than one hour?
I will explain the findings and next steps. Any additional work will be agreed separately before proceeding.
