What counts as "one bug" in the Basic package?
One specific, clearly described issue (e.g., login fails after signup, build fails on Vercel). If there are several separate issues, I'll recommend Standard or send a custom offer after diagnosis.
What if my app needs a rebuild, not a fix?
I'll tell you honestly upfront, before you order. A rebuild gets a fair custom quote — no false promises.
What access do you need?
Your GitHub repo (or a zip) plus a live link and a description of what's broken. For deployment: scoped hosting/DB access — never your full password.
Do you add new features too?
Yes, on Standard and Premium — I can finish a half-built feature or add one missing core feature.
Will my code or idea stay private?
