Do your sales figures live in more than one place and never agree? A spreadsheet, a POS or accounting app, and chat messages, reconciled by hand every month and still not trusted.
I turn those files into ONE Excel file you can check yourself.
WHAT YOU GET
1. COMBINED every transaction, one row each, with a SOURCE column naming the file and row it came from.
2. DIFFERENCES entries recorded in two sources with a different amount or date, shown side by side.
3. UNMATCHED entries that exist in only one source. This is usually where missing money turns up.
HOW IT WORKS
1. You send your files (Excel, CSV, Google Sheets export, or an exported chat log).
2. I send you my reading of your columns to confirm, before calculating anything.
3. Once you approve the mapping, I do the work and send the file.
WHAT I DO NOT DO
- No financial statements, no balance sheet, no profit and loss
- No tax filing of any kind
- I don't decide which figure is correct when sources disagree, I show you both

Can you work with files in Indonesian, or another language?
Yes. Column names and payment terms in any language are fine — I confirm my reading of them with you before any calculation.
What if my files are messy?
That is the normal case. Headers that are not on the first row, dates stored as text, amounts with currency symbols, one sale split across two rows. Tell me what you have and I will tell you honestly whether it fits.
Can you automate my chat-message records completely?
No. Chat records are human language and always need a person to read and decide. Anyone promising full automation there is promising something that cannot be delivered.
Will you tell me which number is right?
No, and that is deliberate. I show both sides of every difference with their sources. You have the context to decide; I do not.
