I write them the way I run them: I am an operations manager in a manufacturing company and I spent 8 years auditing suppliers and writing technical specifications for a gas utility, so I know both sides, writing procedures and checking whether they are followed. Experience with Lean / Kaizen / Kanban, quality audits, HACCP and GMP in food production.
