I will beta read your horror or paranormal novel for you

I will beta read your manuscript for you and give you feedback. You can provide a list of questions/things you want me to look out for, or I will be using my standard beta reader feedback sheet. Examples:

• Is the story okay/enjoyable? What makes you think so?
• Are the characters engaging/interesting? Any notes on how so/why not? Make note of any specific things about characters that you do or do not enjoy
• Does the overarching story make sense? Is there anything that doesn't--for instance, do you feel any of the plot points remain unanswered/pointless?
• What works/doesn't work about the story? What plot points and concepts do you like?
• What are some things that my book reminds you of? i.e. books, movies, shows, games, even songs?
• What bored/confused you?
• Where were you hooked, if you were? Why
• What made you most excited to keep reading?
• Did anything stand out as problematic? Mark it out and please explain why if you can.
• Focus on your experience with the book. Were you confused or bored at all? Was it unrealistic or hurtful? Or were you feeling happy, excited, etc?
• How did you find the pacing?
• Are there sections that should be cut? Why?
