About this gig
Need a Make com scenario built or fixed so your apps work together without repeated manual tasks?
I build Make.com automation and troubleshoot existing scenarios. I also set up Zapier or n8n workflows when those platforms fit your project.
WHAT I CAN HELP WITH
- Make.com scenario setup, fixes, and optimization
- App connections and field mapping
- Webhooks and documented API integrations
- Filters, routers, schedules, and error handling
- CRM lead capture and follow-up workflows
- Google Sheets, Airtable, Notion, Gmail, and Slack connections
- Supported social media posting workflows
- AI steps for summarizing or drafting text, by custom quote
HOW I WORK
I map your trigger and expected result, confirm access and scope, build the workflow, and test it with sample data. You receive a handover note or guide explaining the agreed setup.
Each package covers ONE automation platform. Subscriptions, app fees, AI usage, hosting, bulk data migration, custom app development, voice agent builds, and ongoing monitoring are excluded.
Message me with your apps, workflow steps, and any error screenshot before ordering so we can confirm the right package.

FAQ
Can you build or fix a Make.com scenario?
Yes. I build new scenarios and assess existing connection, mapping, filter, and execution errors. Send your workflow and error details first. Fixing an existing scenario is quoted after assessment.
Do you also work with Zapier and n8n?
Yes. Make.com is the main focus. Zapier and n8n workflows are alternative options, scoped before ordering. Each order covers one platform; an n8n server installation or platform migration requires a separate quote.
What counts as a scenario or module?
A scenario is one workflow with one agreed trigger and outcome. Each module added to the Make canvas counts toward the limit, including tools and routers. Apps are distinct services connected; module counts do not equal usage credits.
Which apps can you connect?
Examples include Google Sheets, Gmail, Airtable, Notion, Slack, HubSpot, and Shopify. I check the required actions, account permissions, and connector or API availability before confirming support.
Can you set up webhooks and custom APIs?
Yes, after checking the API documentation and authentication. Premium can include one documented API endpoint within its module limit. Unsupported endpoints, custom OAuth apps, and complex integrations require separate quotes.
Can you automate CRM leads and follow-up?
Yes. I can connect forms, spreadsheets, CRM records, notifications, and follow-up steps where the apps support them. You provide the field mapping, message content, and rules for when each action should run.
Do you offer AI or social media automation?
These can be separately scoped. AI steps can summarize or draft text using your provider account. Social posting depends on supported actions and permissions. Full voice agents, content strategy, and ongoing posting are excluded.
Do I need paid accounts or subscriptions?
You provide Make.com and connected app accounts with the features and usage allowance needed. Subscription fees, API charges, AI usage, and n8n hosting are not included. I identify required access before work starts.
How will you test and hand over the workflow?
I test agreed sample cases, review outputs, and explain how to run and manage the workflow. Standard includes handover notes; Premium includes a written guide. External app changes and outages can affect future runs.
