I will fix incomplete API pagination and missing records in n8n workflows

About this gig
Your n8n workflow says "Success" but only imported the first 100 records? Silent pagination failures corrupt reports, CRMs and databases, and nobody notices until it's expensive.
I diagnose and fix incomplete API imports in n8n: cursor, offset, page-number and next-URL pagination, HTTP Request node options, 429 rate limits, retries with backoff, and duplicate-safe upserts into PostgreSQL, MySQL, Airtable or Google Sheets. Works with REST APIs such as Shopify, HubSpot, Stripe and Notion.
What You get:
- Root-cause diagnosis of missing records
- Fixed pagination to fetch all API records
- Record-count validation vs. API total
- Retry, rate-limit and error-handling logic
- Duplicate handling + incremental sync checkpoint
- Sanitized workflow JSON + Loom walkthrough
- Pagination Diagnostic Audit
- api pagination fix
- n8n workflow fix
- n8n api integration
Start with the low-risk Diagnostic Audit, or message me your API docs and workflow now. I'll tell you exactly what's broken before you commit to a rebuild.

FAQ
Why does my n8n workflow only fetch the first page of API results?
The HTTP Request node returns one page by default. I configure cursor, offset or next-URL pagination with a stop condition, so every record is fetched and counted against the API total.
Can you fix API rate limit (429) errors during large imports?
Yes. I add batching, wait nodes, exponential backoff and retry logic so big imports finish without throttling, skipped pages or duplicate records, even on strict APIs.
Will you prevent duplicate records when the import re-runs?
Yes. I build idempotent upserts using unique keys for PostgreSQL, MySQL, Airtable or Google Sheets, plus a checkpoint so failed runs resume where they stopped, not from page one.
How do I know all my records actually arrived?
I add validation that compares fetched counts to the API's reported total, flags gaps, and sends an alert by email or Slack. You get a test summary proving the data is complete.
What do you need from me to start?
Your API documentation link, a sanitized copy of the workflow JSON, and the expected record count. Never share live API keys; I work with test credentials or mock data to diagnose safely.
