What do you need to get started?
Please provide your final text organised by slide, company logo, brand colours, images and any design references. Tell me the presentation’s purpose, target audience and preferred slide size.
Is content writing included?
These packages cover designing your supplied final content. Copywriting, substantial rewriting, research, translation and financial modelling require a separate agreement before ordering.
Will I receive an editable file?
Yes. Every package includes an editable PowerPoint file in PPTX format and a PDF copy. Text, shapes and PowerPoint charts remain editable. Photographs and supplied images remain image assets. PNG or JPG slide exports are available on request.
How are slides counted?
Every slide counts, including the cover, section dividers and closing slide. Charts and infographics count within your package’s slide total. We will confirm the content and slide count before starting.
What counts as a revision?
A revision is one consolidated round of feedback on the agreed slides, such as adjustments to colours, fonts, images or layouts. Additional slides, replacement content requiring redesign or a new design direction are quoted separately.
Can you redesign an existing presentation?
Yes. Upload your existing presentation and explain what you want improved. Please provide an editable source file where available. Recreating content from scanned documents or images may require a custom quote.
Do you design investor pitch decks?
Yes. I design pitch decks using your supplied business narrative, figures and projections. You are responsible for their accuracy. Investment research, financial modelling and fundraising services are outside these design packages.
Are animations and reusable templates included?
The packages include static slides with consistent branded layouts. Animations, slide transitions and reusable PowerPoint master-template systems are not included. Please discuss these requirements before ordering.
