• Choose the right microphone, when it comes to choosing a microphone it is not price over everything, you can record or stream with a mic less than $100 and sound professional. for a noisy or untreated room go for DYNAMIC Mics,( SHURE SM58, SM7B, RODE PODMIC)

they are less sensitive, mic need to stay close to get good level.

• While in a quiet and treated room go for CONDENSER mics,(AKG 414, AT2020, BLUE YETI, RODE NT-USB) they are sensitive and only to be used in a controlled environments.

• Mantain good GAIN structure always.

• Limit ambient sounds ( Background Noise), your microphone should be picking only your voice anything else will distract your listeners.

• AUDIO DUCKING : working with more than one audio source on a single production, you should reduce the volume of other source to enhance the clarity of the leading source at that time, mostly your Mic.
