I will make pcb board, generate gerber files and bom

A hand-drawn sketch or finished schematic will be converted to a professional, industry-standard Printed Circuit Board (PCB) by me! Having an engineering background in Mechatronics, I make sure your board has not only been made to be electrically correct, but also physically optimized for what it will be used for.

DELIVERABLES

1. PCB Layout: Single, double or multi-layer boards designed with KiCad or Proteus.
2. Schematic Capture: Cleaning up your ideas/sketches into a digital schematic.
3. Component Sourcing: Designing your own footprints and sourcing your parts from a quick turn source to help lower your Bill of Materials costs.
4. Design for Manufacturing (DFM): Making sure your board can be manufactured by fab house such as JLCPCB, PCBWay or OshPark.
5. Perfect Enclosure Fitting: Making sure that mounting holes and connectors match the 3D-printed or molded enclosure.

Deliverables included in the packages:

1. Gerber files, in Standard RS-274X format.
2. NC Drill Files
3. Bill of Materials (BOM) and supplier links (LCSC/DigiKey)
4. 3D models of the PCB (STEP or VRML)
5. Drawing the Assembly & PDF Schematics.
