Do I need a paid Make or Zapier plan?
Make Free can usually run Basic (form → Sheets → email) within free credits. Zapier Free is two-step only, so form → Sheets + email needs a paid Zapier plan (or we use Make). Standard and Premium are multi-step: paid Zapier, or Make Free within credits and active-scenario limits. I confirm before bu

Either works. If you already use one, we stay there. If not, I will recommend based on your apps.
Will you use my accounts?
Yes. You own the automation. I need invite/access to Make or Zapier and Google Sheets. I never ask for passwords in chat; use official invites.
Can you connect my CRM?
Light CRM steps can fit Standard/Premium if it is a supported app. Full CRM setup is a separate project.
What do you need from me to start?
Tool preference, alert email, Sheet preference (new vs existing), and the fields you want captured.
