How long does it take to fix an issue?
Most issues are resolved within a few hours. More complex problems may take longer, but I’ll always keep you updated.
What does the Basic Gig package cover?
The Basic Gig includes small CSS edits, text changes, and image replacements only. For any other type of fix or issue, please contact us first.
What if I don’t know what the problem is?
That’s completely fine! Just send me your website URL and a brief description of what you’re experiencing. I’ll check the issue and guide you with the best solution.
Do you work via remote software like TeamViewer or AnyDesk?
Sorry, I don’t work through remote tools such as TeamViewer or AnyDesk, as it goes against Fiverr’s Terms of Service. All work is done directly on your website to ensure accuracy and security.

No. I make sure your content, layout, and data remain safe. I only modify what’s necessary to resolve the issue.
Can you fix issues caused by themes or plugins?

Is my website safe when I share access?
Absolutely. Your security is my top priority. I never store or misuse your login details. You can also provide temporary access if you prefer.
