What do you need before starting?
Your platform name, account access, workout files, program structure and any branding or onboarding requirements. Please include sets, reps, rest periods and exercise instructions.
Can you upload workouts from PDFs, Excel or Google Sheets?
Yes. Send a sample before ordering so I can check the format and amount of content.
Does one order cover Trainerize and Everfit?
Each package covers one platform. Moving programs between platforms requires a custom quote.
What counts as one workout session?
One routine containing up to eight exercise entries. A routine with changed exercises or training instructions counts as another session version.
Do you create workout programs from scratch?
This gig covers uploading and organizing your supplied programs. You provide the training decisions, exercise selection and progression.
What happens if an exercise is missing from the platform library?
I will flag it for your approval. You can provide a suitable alternative or request a separate quote for adding a custom exercise.
Can you upload my exercise videos?
Yes, where the platform supports it. Custom video uploads are quoted separately based on quantity and preparation required.
Can you schedule programs and assign them to clients?
Standard and Premium include agreed program scheduling. Client assignments can be added once we confirm the number of clients and requirements.
Can you set up branding, forms and automations?
Yes, within your package and account plan. Premium includes two forms and one supported onboarding workflow. External tools or additional workflows require a separate quote.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes. I can quote for regular workout uploads, program updates and account administration based on an agreed monthly workload.
