FAQ
Do you provide 12 real testers?
Yes. My service is designed to help developers arrange 12 genuine testers for their Google Play closed-testing process. Tester participation depends on the app being accessible and the testing setup being ready.
What do I need to provide before testing starts?
Please provide your closed-testing opt-in link, confirm that the test is published and accessible, and share any relevant testing instructions. If your app requires login, provide suitable test credentials securely.
Can you test games as well as apps?
Yes, provided the Android game is available through a compatible Google Play closed-testing track and the testing requirements are clear.
Can I order if my testing track is not ready?
Please contact me first. I can review the information you provide and help identify what needs to be ready before the testing period begins.
How long does the testing take?
The standard testing period is 14 consecutive days where required by Google Play. I can aim to start within 24 hours once your app and testing link are ready, but the full process cannot be completed in 24 hours.
