I will develop an ott app for android ios and web with subscriptions and cms
About this gig
Launching a streaming service is five systems, not one app: a catalog, a delivery pipeline, playback that holds on bad networks, billing, and a CMS your team can run. I build all five.
WHAT YOU GET
- Apps for Android, iOS and web from one codebase
- VOD catalog: series, seasons, episodes, genres, search
- Live channels and scheduled events
- Subscriptions, one-off rentals, or ad-supported tiers
- Watchlist, continue watching, multi-profile, downloads
- Content CMS: upload, metadata, scheduling, publishing
- Admin dashboard: subscribers, revenue, watch-time reports
- Adaptive HLS through a CDN, DRM-ready packaging
- Full documented source code on your own infrastructure
STACK
Flutter or expo-reactnative, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Amazon S3 or Cloudfare r2 + CloudFront or Cloudfare CDN or bunny stream or Mux, Mux transcoding, Stripe and in-app purchase billing, we can integrate all.
HOW I WORK
1. We fix scope, surfaces and monetisation in writing first.
2. A working build every week, never silence then a surprise.
3. Store submission included, plus 30 days of post-launch fixes.
Licensed content only. I do not build IPTV players for unlicensed channel lists.

FAQ
Do I own everything at the end?
Yes. Full source code, database schema and deployment docs on final delivery, running on your own AWS or Firebase account. No licence fees to me, no lock-in.
Can I stream live channels as well as on-demand?
Yes, from Standard up. Live channels and scheduled events run alongside the VOD catalog, with the same player and entitlement rules.
Do you build IPTV apps or rebrand IPTV Smarters?
No. I build platforms for content you own or have licensed. If your catalog is licensed, we are a good fit; if it is an M3U channel list, I am not the right developer.
Which screens can you deliver?
Web, Android and iOS on every tier, plus Android TV and Fire TV on Premium. Roku, Samsung Tizen and LG webOS use separate SDKs and certification tracks and are not included.
Is content protected?
Playback is served as adaptive HLS over a CDN with signed URLs, and the packaging is DRM-ready. Full Widevine and FairPlay integration is available as an extra when rights holders require it.
What will running it cost me?
Your main ongoing cost is CDN egress, not the app. I size that with you before the build and pick a CDN accordingly, so the bill does not surprise you in month three.
