I am Civil Engineer by Profession with more than two Years of Experience in the Construction Industry, Preparing Material Takeoff/ Cost Estimation, Preparing BOQs, I have provided All trades takeoffs to numerous General Contractors and Sub Contractors from US & Australia.

With this Gig I will Prepare Takeoffs/Estimates for Lumber using Bluebeam and/or Planswift which will Include the following items

• Floor Framing ( Floor Trusses, Joists, TJIs etc)
• Wall Framing ( Studs, Bottom Plate, Top Plate)
• Roof Framing ( Rafters, Ridge/Valley/Hip Beams, Roof Trusses etc)
• Sheathing ( @ Exterior Wall, Floor, Roof)
• Exterior Decks/Patios Framing (Joists, Posts)
• Wooden Posts
• Wooden Beams and Headers ( LVL, LSL etc)
• Engineered Wood Products
• Framing Hardware

I will Provide you with Marked Plans and a Spreadsheet as Final Deliverables.
