Super nice human, but there was miscommunication on the project. He did try to make right, but in the end, I cannot use the file at all. It was a 3d print, that does not lay flat in the design. After the attempt to correct, it was very messy and misaligned .. I hate leaving any negative reviews, but...

Tirávamos fotos com as medidas e mesmo assim não se atentava aos detalhes, produto mal acabado, não dá atenção aos detalhes. Demorou demais a entrega, imprimimos aqui em o produto não ficou como esperávamos. Infelizmente não podemos indicar.

Very good and polite. 4 day turn around was the initial estimate. I needed to reiterate my requirements a few times during the reviews. We needed to go through a few iterations to get it right. From day of order to accepting final product it was around 8 days. Price was a little higher than expected but I'm always willing to pay for good work.
