About this gig
Important note first: I do not do any CAD work, modeling, or file repair. You must provide a ready-to-print 3D file (STL, OBJ, or 3MF). This gig is for pure 3D printing only.
About me & my experience
· 8+ years of hands-on 3D printing experience, running my own small print farm (expanding to a full farm)
· I have printed prototypes and small series for several companies also via Fiverr
· My focus is B2B: fast, reliable printing for functional prototypes, concept models, or production aids
· Private persons are welcome as well as long as the file is print-ready
What I print (materials)
· Standard material: PLA (easy, reliable, great for most prototypes and visual parts)
· Other materials available on request (extra charge, limited experience): TPU (flexible)
Please note: I do not offer ABS or PETG as standard. If you absolutely need them, contact me first but I cannot guarantee perfect results and will charge extra for testing/tuning.
For the vast majority of prototypes (form/fit/visual), PLA works perfectly.
Print quality & size
· Layer height: 0.1 mm fine, 0.2 mm standard, 0.3 mm fast
· Max build volume: 220 x 220 x 250 mm (larger parts possible after discussion)

FAQ
Can you fix errors in my 3D file?
No. I do not do any CAD work. Your file must be ready to print
Do you print ABS or PETG?
Not as a standard service. I have little experience with them. For most prototypes, PLA is perfectly fine. If you still need ABS/PETG, contact me – but expect extra charge and no guarantee for perfect results.
What material should I choose for a prototype?
PLA. It’s easy, cheap, and great for form/fit/visual testing. For flexible parts, TPU is possible on request.
Can you print larger than 220x220x250 mm?
Possibly, if we split the model into parts (you need to provide the split files). Contact me.
How much is shipping within Germany / to other countries?
I will tell you after printing. Usually €4-7 within Germany (DHL small parcel), international starts at around €10.
What if the print fails?
If it’s my fault (wrong settings, bad support placement), I reprint for free. If it’s because of an error in your file (e.g., non-manifold geometry, zero wall thickness), you need to fix the file and I can reprint at half price.
Do you offer express shipping or faster printing?
Yes – express shipping (e.g., DHL Express) available at actual cost. Faster printing (lower layer height or rushed delivery) can be arranged for extra fee.
