Bilingual (FR/EN) Shopify POD VA to keep your store flowing: I route orders to designers, run visual QA, prep print/ship, and handle human customer support (email/chat).
During Q4 I handled 300+ orders/day across two POD shops and built clear SOPs + simple dashboards so nothing slips.
