FAQ
How long do the sessions last?
That's depending on the package you purchased. With the basic package, the session is 45 minutes in total, including a 15-min free intake. With the standard package, the first session will be 45 minutes and the other two will be 30 minutes. With the premium package, I offer 5 sessions of 45 minutes.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can reschedule your sessions up to 1 hour before our call. In case of a delayed start by the coach (myself), the time lost will be added to the end of the session or the next one. In case of a no-show or delay from the coachee, the session will be counted as completed and will not be refunded.
What is your method?
With the free intake, I will be asking questions to understand your goals and needs. Then, we will make a plan together, based on how many sessions we have. My approach is to enable you to reach your goals in small increments and iterate as we go. I also send notes and feedback in-between sessions.
How do the sessions take place?
I will be sending you a Zoom link, posted in the order page, at the time of our scheduled call. The sessions can be video or audio only.
