Your 3D-printed part failed. Warped, snapped at the layer lines, or wouldn't fit together. Most print failures are design failures, not printer failures.

I design parts specifically for additive manufacturing, not parts adapted for it after the fact. Wall thickness, overhang angles, tolerance stack-up, and support strategy get built into the model from the first sketch, matched to whichever process you're printing on.

What you get:

I model your part in SolidWorks, applying process-specific rules:

• FDM: wall thickness for your nozzle diameter, 45° overhang limits, bridging spans, layer-adhesion orientation, minimal support material
• SLA: drain holes for resin, wall thickness for resolution, support point placement that won't scar visible surfaces
• SLS: nested part clearance, no supports needed but powder-escape channels where geometry traps material

This isn't just "make it printable." I design for the part's actual job: snap-fits that hold up to repeated cycles, press-fits with correct interference for your material, threaded inserts sized right, living hinges that don't crack on the third flex.
