I design sheet metal parts in SolidWorks, from a simple bracket to a fully folded, multi-bend enclosure, and deliver clean, manufacturing-ready flat patterns.
I build every part using SolidWorks' Sheet Metal module (not a "fake" 3D shell), so what you get is a real sheet metal feature tree: correct bend allowances, K-factors, relief cuts, and a flat pattern that will actually fold correctly when cut and bent.
