I Have Excellent 7 year Estimation Experience,I will Help You To Estimate Building Cost For Budgeting And Bidding through Cost Estimation,Material take-off and Pricing I will help you to estimate building cost of conceptual and detail design, in full scope (CSI DIVISIONS & NRM2 SYSTEM) or in different trades including excavation & support, foundation, superstructure, architectural finishes, mechanical, electrical and plumbing. Quantities are measured using On-Screen Take Off through different softwares and market unit rates including labor, material and equipment are used. If you are an Owner or Developer, this cost estimate would be a budget of your project, and as an independent verification of your General Contractor's or Construction Manager's prices. Mark-up drawings with quantities and project schedule will be provided.
