Do I need to be technical to work with you?
No. You just walk me through how a typical case moves in your firm. I handle the technical side and explain everything in plain English.
Do you need admin access to our systems?
No. Read-only access or a screen-share is enough for the audit. Admin access is only needed for the Premium package, where I set up automations for you.
Will this disrupt our daily work?
No. The audit only observes how things work. Nothing is changed unless you choose Premium, and even then, only with your approval.
Which software do you work with?
