I am Engineer Adnan. I along with my team provide complete consultancy services includes Architectural Design, Structural Design, Estimation and Costing, Planning and Scheduling and Construction Contract Management.

This part includes:

• System International (SI)
• FPS system

What i do:

• Estimation of complete project through Excel
• Bar bending Schedule (BBS) of Foundation, Columns, Beams, Slab, Stairs in Excel
• Rate Analysis For Different Works Like ,Excavation, P.C.C, R.C.C, Masonry, Tiles, Plaster, Paint In Excel
• Create B.O.Q of Project for Tender quote and budgeting
• Create Variations Order In Excel
• Manpower In Excel (Labor, Mason, Carpenter etc.)
• Finding The Duration Of Activities Based On Productivity
