Do you work in Excel or Google Sheets?
Both. Tell me which you use and I'll build in that one, or deliver both versions at no extra cost. Everything works on Windows, Mac and mobile.
How many properties and units can the system handle?
Basic covers one property up to 6 units. Standard covers 5 properties and 30 units. Premium is unlimited - I've built a 62-sheet system for a real estate firm. Unsure? Message me your numbers and I'll confirm the right package.
Can it handle my currency and local tax?
Yes. Tell me your currency and tax setup - GST, VAT, sales tax or none - and it's built in. Rent, expenses, receipts and reports all follow your rules.
Will my tenant data stay private?
Yes. Send dummy data if you prefer - I can build the whole system around a blank structure and you fill in real tenants afterwards. Your files are never shared or reused.
What if I need changes after delivery?
Revisions are included in every package. You also get the source file so you can edit it yourself, plus a how-to guide showing how to add properties, units and tenants.
