What do I do first?
Please message me and provide details about your SaaS Company, and the product.
Who does the screen share?
Someone from your team can send me the screen share video, or I can do it myself! If you send a screen share video, please make sure to narrate the instructions in that video-- I will use it as a reference for the voiceover's timing.
Can we get on a call?
Yes! A 30-minute call comes free with the Enterprise package. Or, you can order this as a gig extra at $50/30-minutes.
Do you say everything in the script word-for-word?
I use scripts as references and say them in my own way so the tutorials are more natural. But if I'm required to stick to the script, I can.
What if I have a specific set of needs not included in the packages?
Always happy to send a custom quote! Just message me, and we can discuss.
Do you provide outfits?
Believe it or not--I only have 3 shirts for my whole online brand. But I can wear something different, for a fee.
Do you have a green screen?
Most of my clients like my studio as is, but I'm happy to use a green screen if necessary, for a fee.
Do you provide revisions for YouTube reviews?
I do not. Revisions are only applicable to videos uploaded onto your platforms.
Do you provide RAW files for higher packages?
Yes! We provide these upon request, up to 1 month after your order.
Do I get to use the video forever?
I do not offer "forever" or in perpetuity usage. Usage rights can range from 3, 6, or 12 months, and even years. Let's discuss for clarity.
