About this gig
Your team pays for Claude Code, yet every dev starts from zero: re-explaining the codebase and shipping code in different styles.
THE RESULT
Claude opens already knowing your project, rules and tools. Same standards for every dev.

FAQ
Why pay for setup when we already pay for Claude seats?
Seats give access. Without shared rules and shortcuts, each dev re-explains the project and gets different output. This setup gives every seat your context and standards from day one, so the tool you already pay for is used the same way across the team.
Will Claude change our code without approval? Is it secure?
The setup arrives as a pull request you review. Checks (hooks) can block commands like deleting files or pushing to main. Everything runs in your environment, keys stay with you, no code is kept on my side, and an NDA is available.
Which stacks do you support? What about Cursor or Copilot?
Common stacks like Python, TypeScript, React, Node, FastAPI, Django and Next.js. Skills, hooks and subagents are Claude Code features. Cursor also supports MCP, so tool connections can be added there, but it uses its own rules files, not CLAUDE.md.
What does my team need to give before we start?
Claude Code access for each dev, access to the repos in scope, and one lead for a short kickoff call to list repeated tasks. The rest of the team only joins the walkthrough or workshop at the end.
What happens after delivery, or when we add new devs?
Everything is plain files in your repo, so new devs get it on their next pull. You get written notes on each piece and 7 days of fixes on the delivered setup. New skills or connections after that can be a custom offer.
Which package should I choose?
Basic for one dev or one repo. Standard for a team that needs shared standards across 2 repos, with hooks and tool connections. Premium if you want Claude on your own API plus review and test agents. Unsure? Send your team size.
