I require PDF plans (architectural/structural) along with the project scope. You can send them through the Fiverr inbox or via a Dropbox/Google Drive link.
2. Do you offer cost estimation or just quantity takeoff?
I offer both services. Quantity takeoff is included in all packages, while detailed cost estimation (labor + materials) is available in the Standard & Premium options or as an additional service.
3. Which trades do you include?
I cover all CSI trades such as drywall, concrete, flooring, painting, roofing, HVAC, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing).
4. How precise are your estimates?
My estimates are based on actual project experience and industry standards, aimed at being bid-ready. Final pricing may differ depending on location, supplier quotes, and market conditions.
5. Are you capable of managing large or commercial projects?
Absolutely. I frequently handle complete residential and commercial projects. Please contact me first for a tailored quote.
6. What software do you utilize?
I use PlanSwift, Bluebeam, REVIT, and Excel for price quotation.
7. What's your reversal time?
Generally, 1 – 3 days, depending on design size. Critical delivery( 24 hours) is available as a redundant.
8. Do you offer Revisions?
Yes. I give Revisions to ensure delicacy and customer satisfaction( grounded on package position).
9. Do you work with USA, UK, or transnational systems?
Yes, I work with worldwide Clients, especially USA- grounded home owners, contractors, and subcontractors.
