How we process your design requirement
- Requirement processing, we ask questions, maybe ask for meetings to understand your product, to make sure we deliver the exact cad design you need.
- Initial 3d product modeling, we work making sure all your requirements are met + we improve the product design with our industry experience.
- Assembly check, we make sure parts will fit perfectly and the mechanisms will work as intended.
- Prototyping, to make sure the manufactured parts are on par with the 3d cad, mostly includes 3d printing.
- Design for manufacture (DFM), optimization of Product.
- Revisions, If needed.

I am a mechanical engineer, graduated in 2020, designing and manufacturing since then.
I also provide consultancy to industries with manufacturing processes and production lines, despite, I work with some industries, where my part is to design their products for manufacturing.
I have hands on experience in
Sheet metal processing, Injection molding, Casting, Machining, 3D printing
As design is the basis of all these processes, I currently do design and consultancy.
I am also working on building a team. Currently, we are a team of 4 persons doing design work and looking forward to add more.

Can you provide the Stl, Step files for 3d printing or CNC machining?
yes, i can provide stl, step files on demand
Do you provide DWG, DXF files for CNC laser cutting, water jet cutting and plasma cutting etc?
Yes i can provide DWG, DXF files on demand.
Do you make ready to manufacture Sheet metal products?
Yes I provide DXF files that you can cut and bend to make a finished sheet metal product.
Do you convert 3d scans to CAD models?
Yes I do that but that depends on the model so please contact before order.
Can you provide Fluid simulations?
No, I am not doing Fluid simulations.
Can you make enclosures of electronic components
yes we make enclosures for electronic as well as mechanical components
Can we send/mail you parts so you can measure and design for those parts?
Yes you can send us parts that you want us to work on, we can work on the parts and then return them after we finished our design.
Can you deliver the parts if we want you to manufacture/prototype the parts for us?
Yes, we can deliver the parts to you in case you want us to prototype for your product, keep in mind the delivery charges and prototyping charges will be added in the total cost.
