FAQ
Can you revise a landscape or site plan rejected by the city?
Yes. Send the correction notice, existing plans and property survey. I will identify the required changes and revise the drawings according to the agreed scope.
Can you create a site plan without a property survey?
I can work from reliable property documents supplied by you, but I do not perform land surveying or independently verify property boundaries. A current survey is strongly recommended for permit drawings.
Do you provide stamped landscape or civil engineering plans?
Professional stamps are not included in the listed packages. If the city requires a licensed landscape architect, civil engineer or surveyor, inform me before ordering so the requirement can be reviewed.
