We offer private one-on-one sessions and a monthly subscription for consistent training.
Who is the instructor?
All classes are taught by me, Enrique Cedeño — a Muay Thai instructor and professional fighter with training and fight experience in both Ecuador and Thailand, fully committed to helping you achieve your goals.
What language are the classes conducted in?
English and Spanish
What can I expect in a class?
Classes involve a mix of warm-ups, technique drills, work, and conditioning exercises.
What’s included in the Basic Package?
The Basic Package gives you one private Muay Thai session focused on fundamentals. You’ll work on stance, basic strikes, balance, and proper form. The intensity is moderate and ideal for beginners or anyone returning after a break.
How is the Standard Package different?
The Standard Package includes three private sessions plus video feedback. You’ll refine technique, improve coordination, and start applying combinations with better structure. Intensity is higher than Basic, and you’ll receive homework drills and one video review to support consistent progress.
What makes the Premium Package more advanced?
The Premium Package offers five private sessions with full progress coaching. This includes more technical work, advanced combinations, conditioning. Intensity is high and ideal for people looking for faster improvement or more serious training.
