Is this safe? Will I lose any files or settings?
Yes. Before any changes, I create a Windows System Restore Point and back up every modified setting. Every step is reversible, and I show you exactly what will change before applying it — nothing happens without your approval. Your personal files will stay safe.
Will this break anti-cheat games like Valorant (Vanguard) or Call of Duty (Ricochet)?
No. I check for anti-cheat systems before applying any risky changes (like disabling VBS) and skip anything that could conflict with them. I have hands-on experience with how these systems work.
What's the difference between Basic, Standard, and Premium?
Basic covers safe cleanup and privacy settings. Standard adds background service and registry performance tweaks. Premium includes gaming-specific optimization, optional Windows Update control, and visual customization. Full details are in each package description.
Do I need to stay at my PC during the whole session?
Yes, you need to be present to grant remote access via RustDesk and approve each step, since I ask for confirmation before every category of changes. The whole session usually takes under an hour.
What do you need from me before we start?
