Thirteen years as a practicing herbalist and five running a supplement company that formulates and manufactures its own line. I also do white label formula work for other brands, which is basically this gig.

I work in botanicals and functional ingredients. Adaptogens, nootropics, sleep, energy, mood, digestive, mushroom extracts. If you want something in a category I do not know well I will tell you instead of faking it.
